General Shipping Information:
All Kawaii Charms packages are shipped by standard USPS every 2 weeks. This method can take 1-3 weeks in transit within Canada and the United States. NOTE: If you require faster shipping options, please contact us.
First Class USPS Shipping in every second Friday: 4.00$ base price, 0.50$ each items and 0.25$ per sticker sheet.
Local pickup is available free of charge at 1500 Mazurette, Montreal, QC H4N 1H2 Canada
If a tracking number is required, please contact us. Tracking number is available at an extra cost to the customer.
Shipping costs include the handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
I pack carefully and loss is rare, but I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you are worried about your package or have a high cost order, please contact me about purchasing additional shipping insurance.
To keep customer costs low, the general time estimate for the package in transit is 1-3 weeks for shipments to the US and Canada. International addresses may take longer.
Shipping Address:
It is your responsibility to ensure the right shipping address is provided. Should a package be returned due to unknown addressee/address, refused, not called for, or address incomplete/ wrong, you will be charged the extra cost of delivery to re-send. Should a customer wish to cancel an order due to package returned, we will deduct the actual cost of delivery/-ies from any refund due.
Availability:
Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will either email to inform you before shipping.
Colours:
As we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colors, resolution, etc.) and therefore we cannot guarantee colors of each item will be exactly as they appear on our website.
Wrong or Damaged Products:
You need to notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any discrepancies in your order, or if you receive an item that is broken. After 7 days, all sales are final with no exception.
Returns & Refunds:
If you notify us of your wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund after we have received and examined the product(s). Note that you are responsible for the return postage.
All sales are final after 7 days of receipt.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable
Note: Returns are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend you use a recorded service that requires our signature upon receipt and always include your order number!
